The world has altered in 2097 in Neo Hong Kong. Advances in genetic engineering and cybernetics have resulted in a world populated by artificially augmented humans and sentient supercomputers that run on biological software. However, the same technology that has allowed man and machine to combine has also made both vulnerable to a new type of threat: computer viruses that may take control of their hosts.
